The purchase of a Bólido watch usually is the start of a lasting relationship, during which we are at your service for repair and maintenance.

We can work more efficiently and faster, when you pre-advise your repair request by filling-in and sending out the form below and to include a print-out in the parcel, saving you any further letter or notification. We will send you a cost estimate after receiving your parcel. Please note: Should you decide to decline the execution of the repair, a charge of CHF 50.00 for establishing the cost estimate will be applied.

Please note:
Before sending your watch in for repair or service, please remove the strap or band. Our watchmakers also appreciate it if you clean your watch with a damp cloth beforehand. Thank you.
