Order process
Legal information on the ordering process
After clicking the “Add to cart” button you will see your cart with the products you have selected so far. You now have the possibility to remove articles which have already been placed in the cart or change the desired quantity (enter new quantity and then click on “Refresh”).
Having checked the quantity of articles you wish to order and decided to purchase them, please click on “Proceed to checkout”.
You now only need to complete 3 further steps to submit your order:
As a new customer, select “New customer login”. If you already are a customer of ours, please enter your Email address and your personal password and click on “Login”. However, you can also order from us without having to create a customer account.
In the final step, the order will be displayed once again in summary together with the shipment and payment options you have selected. Here, you have a final opportunity to make changes to your order (type of shipment, form of payment, items, shipping and billing addresses). To do so, please simply click on “Change” at each point to be amended. If you now confirm your order via the “Buy now” button it will then be submitted.
Having placed your order, you will then receive a confirmation of order from us by Email containing your order, our general terms and conditions, information on your right to cancellation, the model withdrawal form, our data protection declaration as well as our imprint. You can view details of your order anytime later by logging into the online shop and calling up your customer account (if you have created one with us).

Information on the delivery period:
The deadline for calculating the delivery period in respect of the ordered goods commences as from conclusion of contract (in the case of payment by means of invoice and credit card) or as from one day after the customer’s payment instruction to the bank (in the case of advance payment).
We accept the following means of payment:
Advance payment/bank transfer
Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress)
Direct debit (only possible for customers with a German bank account)
Important shipping information
Small consignments to 0.500 kg (e.g. single watch bands) are sent by registered mail.
The transport regulations and transit times of Deutsche Post apply.
Consignments from 0.500 kg upwards are delivered by courier. The delivery times are Monday to Friday 8:00 to 18:00.
Express shipments and Saturday deliveries can be scheduled by agreement and subject to a surcharge.
Please note that deliveries to PO boxes are not possible.
Shipping calculation
Our delivery times are quoted in workdays; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not workdays.
The time for calculating the delivery periods of the goods starts in the case of payment in advance as from one workday after the customer’s issue of a payment order to the bank or with payment by credit card.
The delivery period depends on the country-specific circumstances. Longer transit times are possible with deliveries to islands, peripheral/border areas and regions to which access is difficult.
We assume no responsibility for unexpected delays in transit and with delivery (e.g. due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.).
When international shipments arrive in the country of destination, customs clearance procedures can lead to unforeseen delays,
so the estimated date of delivery may be exceeded.
Customs clearance, fees and taxes
When an order is placed, the recipient of the goods is regarded as importer. The importer must ensure that the goods may be lawfully imported into the country of destination. Please obtain information from your customs office about rules and any restrictions on the import.
Orders outside the European Union (EU) are subject to the tax and customs laws of the receiving country.
The delivery address is decisive for the calculation and charging of German VAT. No VAT is charged on goods delivered to destinations outside the European Union (EU). Additionally, an order may involve further taxes or costs which are not paid via or invoiced by us.
Customs and import duties are levied as soon as the package has reached the receiving country.
The customs or import duties arising in the receiving country or, as applicable, charges for customs clearance are to be borne by the recipient. We have no influence on these charges and cannot predict how much they will be since the customs regulations vary from country to country.
For information in this respect, please contact your local customs authorities.
Please note that the customs may open packages for inspection.
